With the progress of science and improvement of people’s living standards, there is an increasingly high demand for comfort and convenience of people’s living environment, and the awareness of energy-saving and environmental protection is growing. In conventional heating and cooling system, the room temperature is controlled by the heating or cooling company centralized control, due to the difference of user location, residential housing conditions, and users’ sense of temperature, the feel of environmental comfort is different, and the mono-control of the same regions or pipeline can not meet the different needs of various users. Also central heating or cooling, different users have different room temperature. The uneven heat will not only cause the disputes between users and heating & cooling company, but also is not good for energy saving.Manually collecting of indoor temperature individually and regulating valves to control room temperature is intense work. And it is difficult to enter the users’ home, the successful rate of information collection is low. By central heating, cooling company can not real-time understand the temperature information of the users. it is not good for the precise scheduling of the entire system temperatures and reduce the efficiency of the company, resulting in a waste of energy.The research of wireless temperature acquisition system mainly consists of a wireless thermostat, wireless concentrator and the host computer of three parts, to control the valves and the fan running state in order to achieve intelligent control of the room temperature. Wireless thermostat is placed in the customers’ home to collect the indoor temperature and user settings. Wireless thermostat communicates with a wireless concentrator by LoRa (LongRange), also reserves a cable MBUS communication for communicating thermostat with other wired devices. Wireless concentrator is placed in the temperature control center via RS232 and PC connections, which is uesed for the PC within the system thermostats and communication.Wireless thermostat is equipped with heating & cooling mode, which can be used for heating and cooling, two kinds of systems. Wireless thermostat has a reservation function and timing function, achieving the user segment of temperature control. Large LCD display and five control buttons provide more convenient and efficient human-computer exchange interface.PC is used to achieve real-time information on the thermostat, and to achieve the thermostat control. PC control interface comprises a total of 28 data read function, to meet different situations. In the control interface of the PC, there is the analysis of the returned data, the status and the setting of the thermostat can be clearly displayed on the screen. When the host computer controls the thermostat, after controlling successfully the data is accepted in the control interface box and analyzed the returned data frame. Whether the data is set successful can be directly seen. The interface of the host computer is easy and clear, preserve the original data on the PC,users can easily query.In this design, the opening and closing function of valves and fans, reservation function, timing reservation and other functions were tested. The test results can meet the design requirements. The design thermostat has two circuit boards. Some experiments, including lightning surges, power supply common mode and differential mode, high and low communications, switching power supply voltage regulation, were carried out. All the tests are qualified.
