With the rapid development of China's market environment,enterprise's competition intensifies day by day.In order to gain competition advantages and occupy more market shares,most enterprises use the way of credit sales and relax restriction credit policies.Customer credit risk management is an important aspect of risk management in market economy.Strengthen the control of customer credit risk and protect their own legitimate rights in the market so as to avoid possible customer default,fraud,bankruptcy and other threats to the benefits of the enterprise,It is the key to construct a scientific and complete credit management system.This system ensures the scientific,high quality and efficiency of customer credit risk management.Therefore,it is necessary that modern enterprises enhance customer credit risk management.This theme of this study--AT company is a global leading semiconductor distributor and embedded technology solutions provider.In order to adapt to the development of semiconductor market,AT has to increase credit limit and relax payment term of key customer,it lead to continuous accumulation and expansion of account receivable scale.Therefore,the company's shortcomings in working capital,credit management personnel allocation,credit management system and the grasp of market transaction risks are increasingly prominent.In the writing process,we take AT company's customer credit risk management methods and procedures as the research object,takes customer credit risk control as the entry point.It aims to analyze AT company's existing credit risk problems and explore ways to ensure the smooth implementation of improvement plans by improving the credit risk management process,evaluation method,credit rating model,customer credit risk rating,the account receivable follow up mechanism,customer response system as well as strengthening the training of credit risk consciousness and the communication between credit management department with customers and other cooperating departments.
