Since 2013 economic growth continues to slow down, the growth of the traditional GDP industry boom continues to decline in the central transformation of economic growth mode and the backdrop of the adjustment of economic structure. The coal industry, like other energy-intensive traditional industries appear overcapacity. However, In order to maintain market share,some coal enterprises did not respond to the call of the country’s reform of the supply side and continue to exceed production capacity. Due to the production information of coal enterprise is not spread to the Department in charge of the coal industry in time, leading to the management appear the phenomenon of information island in the process of supervision and breeding enterprise tax evasion behavior. In this paper, a city Department in charge of the coal industry need to grasp information about the production and marketing of the coal enterprises which located in various places,design to meet the demand of the project of coal information collection system, the system access to coal production and sales situation and real-time upload to the Department in charge of the coal industry information management center, so that coal management to better management of the coal enterprise, effectively prevent production of the coal enterprises with overcapacity and tax evasion behavior.First of all, this paper analyzes the application requirement of the coal information collection system, and builds the hardware development platform and the software development platform. Then collect, process, transmit and store the information of coal production and sale. In particular,in order to extract the effective information,this paper analyze the coal sales weighing signal in detail and according to the thought of data driven to process the weighing signal by a method which is based on data driving and fusion the processed information.In addition, according to the needs of the project, this paper achieve the online upgrade in the FreeRTOS operating system platform. This system transfer the upgrade firmware by the TFTP protocol after analyze STM32 the startup process in detail and design the partition of the on the flash chip.This paper describes the implementation of flash memory and how to jump program, so as to realize the system of remote upgrade. Finally, this paper summary and prospect the coal information collection system.In this paper, the coal management department monitor and manage the coal enterprises as the application background, according to the actual needs of remote monitoring of coal, this paper collect the information of coal production and transmit the data by the ethernet. Because embedded product is widely distributed and long distance to cause the system difficult to update. This paper design the online upgrade program to reduce maintenance workload and avoid resource waste, thereby reducing the cost and improving the work efficiency.
