Research Of The Effect Of Jiefang Daily Microblog On Public Crisis

Nowadays, as the time of the public crisis outbreaking, the first message is not from the traditional media again. Technology change rapidly, new media microblog, WeChat is becoming the preferred channel of a people to get firsthand information. By reailze the great advantage of new media, the traditional news media has entered microblog and WeChat, create a verified ID. However, in the face of the crisis, the mainstream media microblog how to play the role of guiding public opinion,calming down emotions, maintaining good order of microblog consensus, has become a new issue. This study discuss "Jiefang Daily" microblog in two public crisis event’s influence, basic on the agenda setting theory, uses the method of content analysis, analysis the microblog public opinion environment and "JieFang Daily" microblog and comments in two crisis events. Try to explore the advantages and shortages of "Jiefang Daily" microblog in guide public opinion, obtained suggestions for mainstream media microblog. In order to summarize the strategy of mainstream media microblog to deal with the crisis.The study found that, "JieFang Daily" microblog has influence in stopping the false news spread, the issue has a certain impact on the settings. However "Jiefang Daily" microblog also exposed the shortcomings include the reports of event is not comprehensive enough and the lack of news comment and original information. And the lagging of news report, ignore the existence of opinion leaders, has a weak consciousness to the crisis. Thus, come up with guide policy and suggestions that the mainstream media microblog in the face of the crisis:improve the original reporting, pay attention to the commentary and the depth report; agenda setting need to address the needs of the general public; information transparency, ease the panic; curb false news, blocked rumors in the bud; concern towards the public mood, connects other media union to guide public opinion better.
