In today’s rapid economic development, industrial production increasingly tends to be more focused and efficient. Traditional infusion of refrigeration industry still adopts the traditional manual or semi-automatic mode in data acquisition, data validation and equipment operation monitoring. This conservative mode of production will inevitably become shortcoming of modern refrigeration industry. It also does not conform to the economic development concept of "innovation, coordination, green, open, sharing" stated by the country. At present many enterprise of our country still cannot achieve producing data timely, and accurately providing it to the management, which could hamper of the enterprise the application of office automation system, such as decision-making, management, optimization, etc. In order to solve the shortage of the traditional cooling fluid infusion industry chain and keep up with the trend of the economic development, introducing the network application technology into the refrigeration fluid numerical control system must become an important measure to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.This paper analyses the deficiency of refrigeration industry, and adopts a fusion architecture pattern which includes a B/S architecture as the main mode and a C/S architecture as the auxiliary mode.It implements refrigeration online monitoring system. This design gives full play to the B/S and C/S of their respective advantages. Then it designs and develops a kind of IPC+PLC digital control perfusion information acquisition system for industrial field refrigerating fluid, and in the Win32 platform system, using MFC class library to develop a human-machine interface of digital control perfusion information acquisition system for refrigerating fluid, and in the laboratory environment, to carry out hardware and software debugging of industrial field information acquisition system. Then it studies the related technical characteristics of the remote monitoring system, and based on ExtFS+SSH integration framework of multi-storey Web application platforms used to implement the system it designs an on-line monitoring and makes the digital control perfusion information acquisition system for industrial field refrigerating fluid as the underlying information collection module, integrates and debugs the cool liquid on-line monitoring system of the fusion architecture, and overall shows online monitoring system of operation function. Finally, on the basis of the study, the fusion architecture of cooling liquid on-line monitoring system is summarized, and the prospect and value for the online monitoring system will be narrated.This research is designed for refrigeration equipment manufacturers of online monitoring information acquisition system to realize information management and automation production of refrigeration fluid infusion. The key point is to design the underlying information collection system and studies how to realize the fusion architecture of remote online monitoring system, based on IPC and PLC in the cooling fluid infusion as industrial field underlying terminal information acquisition system, and develop independent intellectual property rights of the cooling liquid on-line monitoring system based on network technology, so as to realize high quality, high efficiency and highly automated cooling fluid infusion industrial chain.
