Mongolian publishing industry has played a significant role in the prosperity and development of Mongolian economy culture. After the establishment of new China, the Mongolian publishing industry ushered a new period. The Mongolian publishing industry always implemented the party’s national policy and to develop the national culture for the task of prospering. In this paper, treating the planned economy period of Mongolian publishing industry as the research object, which during the establishment of new China to 14th National Congress of the Communist party of China (October 1949-October 1992). In this 40 years of development, the Mongolian publishing industry has experienced merger, stop, resume, separate, gone through a tortuous path of development.This article is based on the theoretical guidance of history, communication and publishing science, with the method of literature research, statistical analysis, individual interviews and other research methods. Besides, also make the full use of collected materials. After the comprehensive observation of the publishing industry’s actual situation, the Mongolian publishing industry will be divided into three periods during the planned economy. It also try to make the study of every period of publishing. This article not only includes introduction and conclusion but three central parts as well, which are the first chapter, the second chapter and the third chapter. First chapter is the founding of the early Mongolian publishing industry (1949-1957), the second chapter is the anti-rightist and the "cultural revolution" period of Mongolian publishing industry (1957-1978), the third chapter is the period of reform and opening-up Mongolian publishing career (1978-1992).This article try to analysis the key link of the Mongolian publishing above three periods.1949-1992 years of Mongolia publishing industry from nonexistence to pass into existence, from small to large, gradually developed under the shining of the party’s national regional autonomy policy. At the beginning of the founding of the Mongolian publishing career (1949-1957):There were appeared some new publishing industry, as the representative of the Inner Mongolia people’s publishing house, national press. These industries are compiled Mongolian books. At the same time, appeared the Inner Mongolia Xinhua printshop, the central national printshop, which have ability to printing Mongolian books. Moreover in terms of distribution, formed the distribution team, that take Xinhua bookstore to lead. At this period lays the foundation of socialism Mongolia publishing cause. Anti-rightist and the "cultural revolution" period of Mongolian publishing career (1957-1978):The Mongolian publishing industry leaded a very tortuous path, those new printing industry suffered from bad patch struck at the beginning of publishing industry. The period of reform and opening-up Mongolian publishing career (1978-1992):After the third plenary session of the eleventh central committee of the CPC, the publishing industry takes on a new looks. Under the guidance of party’s correct lines, principles and policies, more new industry came out and every one of them had a structural reform of management. So the Mongolian publishing industry grew into more professional, modern and personalized culture industry.
