The Design And Implementation Of Borrowing And Returning Management System Of Archieves And Documents Based On Java

According to the archives material circulation mechanism of the unit department, borrowing and returning management system of archieves and documents is designed, to solve the problems of low efficiency and easy to produce errors in manual management of archives. In this paper, a borrowing and returning management system of archieves and documents which is based on the three-layer MVC model by using B/S architecture and Java language is designed and implemented. This paper introduces the background and current research situation of the borrowing and returning management system of archieves and documents. And the major functions of the system are proposed. Then the system design framework, lists of a part of source codes and system run-time screenshots are proposed. Finally, summarizes the performance of this system, the advantages and disadvantages of the system have been analyzed.
