The Design And Implementation Of Standard Documents Integrated Services Management System

With the rapid development of technology,knowledge is updated constantly to accelerate the different industry standard replacement rapidly.This brings business opportunities but also creates new challenges to the management standard documents.Original standard documents sales exists standard service can't keep up with the updated requements of the latest standard documents from comstomers.On the other hand,current standard documents systems are difficult for comstomers to find standard documents which they need.These issues seriously hampered the development of providers in standard documents service.Builded standards-based information technology has become an important platform for document management tool to reduce management costs and improve the standard documents service levels.By increasing the level of information services standard documents,the standard literature can be found in a short time and satisfy the customers' requirements,improve staff efficiency,and save management costs,improve service levels while improving the competitiveness in the market and bring greater economic benefits in return.According to go through the researches and developments of standard documents domestic and foreign,we use the UML Unified Modeling to design the system.Design by using object-oriented design method,Java and SQLite,we designed and implemented a Java-based standard documents management platform.The platform is base on actual production application requirement of standard documentation services.The realized of eight basic modules on standard documents,which are membership management,special category management,standards documents management,supplier management,to basket management,standard query,order processing,statistical analysis.Between the various modules are independent and highly unified together to complete the entire standard document management,daily work and maintenance.The management system realizes the standard documents management from the purchase,storage management,sales and statistical functions and other related administrative functions.The previous preblems of standard document management in the management confusion,inefficiency,and the customer cannot find the required standard documents quickly,etc,can be resolved.The system is realized by the MVC pattern,which has good scalability.Functionality and system performance tests show that this system has excellent performance,capable of managing daily work standard literature.
