With the rapid development of urban tourism, as the epitome of a region,cultural museums brought the city’s historic, cultural and other relevant information together, it has become the important culture tourism attracting and the preferred tourism destination within the city. With the improvement of people’s cultural quality, for the museum, the people’s demand for museum tourism becomes increasingly significant. This paper follows asking questions, analyzing problems, problem-solving ideas, as the example of the Inner Mongolia to make research museum visitors based tourism behavior. First, made the questionnaires for tourists visited Inner Mongolia Museum and did the interview of the Inner Mongolia Museum staff, the author gathered relevant information. Secondly, analysis the behavioral characteristics of the tourists who visited Inner Mongolia Museum, including basic properties, tourists visiting the way, visit frequency, purpose, residence time. The results showed that Inner Mongolia Museum target groups are highly educated young women, the main purpose is the growth of knowledge and understanding of history based on the tour during the participation and the tourists has a higher demand on interaction, and so on.According to problems of Inner Mongolia exists, based on the tourist behavior, Inner Mongolia Museum tour should improve itself from functional management, market management, facilities management, human resource management, information management in five areas, to promote the Inner Mongolia Museum as a tourist destination to develop. |
