Design And Implementation Of Enterprise Internal Communication System On Mobile Devices

The social mobility is a product of the era that the Internet develops so rapidly and the person-to-person communications become more and more intimate. The ways people communicate tend to be more convenient and pursue for lower cost and higher efficiency. The medium of communication also tends to be more portable. Enterprise Internal Communication System on Mobile Devices is just one branch of social mobility. Enterprise is the place where pays most attention to communication efficiency and produces most information exchange, the development of social mobility raises the idea of mobile office. This paper designs and implements the Enterprise Internal Communication System on Mobile Devices, this system used inside the enterprise provides an easier and diverse way for enterprise employees to communicate, simultaneously enhances the communication efficiency, and improves the cohesion of the enterprise.The Enterprise Internal Communication System on Mobile Devices designed in this paper comes from the internship project in IBM, and this system Using model design and unique network communication way improves the fluency and extensibility of the system. By analyzing other similar products and enterprise employees’demands, the requests of system are confirmed. The system mainly includes Main View Module, Contact Module, Group Module, Instant Message Module, Data Storage Module. All the modules listed above is developed independently by the author.(1) Main View Module:The Main View Module includes chatting list, entrance of Contact Module, Group Module, Menu Module these four parts. When using the system, the user enters the main page, he/she can slide the page then enter different corresponding tab pages.(2) Contact Module:There are two kinds of contacts, one is user and the other is public account. In this module, you can view the list of users or public numbers, also can check some user’s messages and choose to communicate. The user can also add the person recommended by system or searched by the user self as friend, or use other platforms of the enterprise to synchronize the contacts.(3) Group Module:This module provides group-chat function, users can view group list, view group messages, search group, edit group and receive group feedback messages.(4) Instant Message Module:This module provides the communication function, the user can send five kinds of messages, they are words, voices, sounds, links and expressions. The user can choose many one-to-one communications at the same time, he/she can also rely the messages excluding sounds.(5) Data Storage Module:Due to the specificity of the project, the data storage needs to be dealt with particularly first. Friend List and Message List need to be stored locally, every time the system needs to read the local records and then stores the data received from the Internet.The verification results of system’s business functions suggest that the system satisfies the first edition of requests. Now the program is in the stage of developing the second edition and optimizing the first edition, the test of the first edition is finished and this edition has been released into App Store. The development team decides to apply this system inside the team then apply to the whole enterprise with superior’s permission. They hope the use of this system can offer new experience of communication to the enterprise, create a new way for employees to gain information, and bring new vitality to the enterprise culture.
