The Design And Realization Of Enterprise Official Instant Messaging

With the development of three modern information technology as software, networking and communication,the use of instant messaging tools for daily work contact has become habit. However, in the absence of access to business licenses, most employees are free to use personal instant messaging tools liaison work, Employees using transmission of personal information of instant communication tools without the enterprise supervision, which makes the enterprise network security issues become increasingly prominent.This paper combines the characteristics of enterprises to design and develop instant messaging system,to meet the needs of the enterprise instant messaging and the communication security.The system based on C/S structure model of TCP centralized management to design, in the. NET environment using Visual C#.net language and SOCKET technology to establish communication between the server and the client, design the interaction interface of the server and the client, the server use SQLServer 2005 to manage the information of communication, for data information of all kinds of related operations directly. The client through the server validation, after the connection is established, sends a request to the server, the server according to client’s request, to corresponding operations of data information, and information feedback to the client data. By constructing three member- management architecture of the enterprise instant messaging system,the information can be traceability. With the information and files encrypted on the Server side,to ensure communication security.This paper tests and analyses every function modules and overall system performance, the functional requirements of the enterprise instant messaging have been achieved by the system, to meet the needs of the enterprise instant communication and security.
