Enterprise instant messaging is an oriented enterprise terminal user, network communication tools, the user can through the installation of the instant communication between two or more terminals for real-time communication. Communication content, including text, interface, voice, video and documents, etc. Compared with the personal instant messaging tool, the enterprise instant messaging tools eliminate the entertainment and other factors, more emphasis on safety, practicality, stability and scalability.Enterprise class instant messaging is essentially an extension of the application of personal instant messaging. Modern people have been accustomed to the use of instant messaging tools for daily work. However, most employees use personal instant messaging tools without access to corporate license, which gives the enterprise network a relatively large security risk and efficiency issues. In this case, the use of enterprise class instant messaging software has become the best solution for enterprise customers.This thesis mainly change the previous instant messaging software does not apply now enterprise daily work, to study a small lightweight enterprise instant messaging system for corporate or workgroup ready formation of instant messaging system, focusing on the characteristics of lightweight and efficient. System can not only realize the enterprise instant messaging and video communication needs:support for text and video one to one and one to many communications, documents, single and mass and other functions. In this paper, the software engineering research methods, from the demand analysis to the design and implementation of the gradual improvement, the software has excellent low coupling, easy to maintain and modify the late. And I based on socket programming design a set of tags and parse the text and file sending and receiving the signal labeling and analysis system for, also using the fast Fourier transform (FFT) algorithm, the terminal equipment to collect invisible audio signal conversion for users to visualize the graphic signals. The shortage of overall system with lightweight processing for design principles to make up the enterprise traditional instant messaging system high but not for the purpose to design the realization of enterprise instant messaging system, focusing on the characteristics of lightweight and efficient.
