Design And Implementation Of Instant Messaging System In Enterprise

With the rapid development of society into the information age and the fast advancement of modern enterprises,personal instant messaging software has become an indispensable communication tool,people have become accustomed to applying personal instant messaging software in their usual work contacts.However,there is always problems that emerged in this area.For example,many employees utilize personal instant messaging software without the company's permission,which makes it difficult for enterprises to manage.In this case,it is of great necessity to research and develop an instant messaging system for the enterprise.The system was divided into three layers: user layer,web server layer and database.The system adopts B/S structure,and the server applys SSM framework,as well as the front end uses Layui architecture,HTML5+JavaScript+ library JQuery for development;moreover,the database adopts MySQL database,the development tool makes use of MyEclipse,and the WebSocket technology realizes the message push of instant messaging system.In the development process,applying software engineering research methods,from requirements analysis to design implementation,the test system could run smoothly,fulfill all the design requirements,and meet all the requirements of the system requirements analysis phase.The system realized thefunctions of unit management and instant messaging.Users could maintain the enterprise through the functions of organization,user management and role rights.Users could also send text messages,expressions and chats with peer employees through peer-to-peer chat and group chat,etc.The system has good real-time and interactivity.Hence,employees can make full use of the system for corporate office communication,which greatly accelerates the convenient communication of employees within the company,and also largely improves the work efficiency.
