Design And Implementation Of Railway Passenger Service System Based On Android

With the rapid development of mobile Internet, mobile Internet users show explosive growth trend. "Railway plus Internet" is the product of the rapid development and integration of the Internet industry and the railway industry. The railway passenger service system based on Android is one way of implementing Internet-based railway industry. This paper designs and implements a railway passenger service system based on mobile Internet, this system provides passengers the reservation for Redhat Service, shopping on the stations’ online retailers, checking train schedules and other functions. This system also provides the Redhat Service clerks browsing and grabbing orders of the day. The system makes convenient for both the passengers and the Redhat Service clerks.In this paper, the design of the railway passenger service system using the Android platform and hierarchical designs, it improves the flexibility and scalability of the system. By analyzing product characteristics and user characteristics, we derived system requirements. The system includes five modules:User registration and login module, the Redhat Service module, the stations’online retailers service module, the user center module and toolkits module. The author designed and implemented these five modules.The user registration and login module, provides user registration and user login service for users, and provides retrieve password for the users who lost their password.The Redhat Service module, provides passengers the reservation for Redhat Service, provides the Redhat Service clerks browsing and grabbing orders of the day, and provides for both of them order tracking function.The stations’ online retailers service module, provides passengers shopping on the stations’ online retailers by using their cellphones, and also provides passengers order tracking.The user center module, provides users browsing and changing their basic personal information, provides users a virtual bank account for deposit and withdraw money, and also provides passengers apply to become a Redhat Service clerk.The toolkits module, provides users a multi-dimensional queries train time schedule, and browsing the schematic diagram of the stations, and also provides users browsing messages when their orders have changed.The verification of the system business functions shows that the railway passenger service system meets the requirements. Currently, the project is in internal testing and commissioning phase. When the system is formally launched, it can provide more convenient railway services to passengers, and also makes the Redhat Service clerks more convenient to pick up passengers. The system also will be the foundation for the company to further contact with other railway services.
