With the world economic globalization, the internationalization market competition brings the opportunity and the challenge to corporation, the traditional call center system already cannot adapt the current world development trend in the domestic and foreign various domains. With the rapid development of the telecommunication and Internet technology, the call center system gradually moves towards the collection tradition telephone, the IP telephone, Internet, Email, the Short Message, the fax by the ordinary telephone service and so on many kinds of fashion on the way total body modern call center system. The modern call center system that turns on many kinds of connecting fashion and the advanced information technology to a body is the powerful weapon at winning the client, develops and seizes the market aspect by more and more many enterprises. However the modern call center system established is very far, the complete system solution has not formed. This article has studied the modern call center system overall frame, the key technology and the application.First, it was introduced the definition, the composition, the development and the function of the railroad modern call center system, as well as many kinds of applications in the call center sybtem, through to the railroad modern call center system' s thorough discussion, proposed the overall frame of the railway transportation modern call center system, and described exhaustively to its characteristic.Next, it was studied from two kinds of the short message and the Internet. It was designed and studied overall structure and thecore module of short message reserve system for the railway passenger transportation. By analyzing the development present situation of the railway passenger reserving operation, designed and proposed highly effective and safe frame of the railway passenger on-line reserving system , including overall structure design, functional design, foundation network platform design, software construction design, operation flow scription and database design.Finally it was analyzed the key technology at research and the realization of the railway passenger transportation modern call center system, and has given the corresponding solution.
