After years’construction of informatization,China Tower company have accumulated a lot of business data,the company need to impove the efficiency of resource management and help decision-makers to make correct decision.To accomplish the above requirements,in this paper,the statistical analysis system for China Tower resource management id designed and implemented.The statistical analysis system is a data platform for users to provide query service.It is based on the information of national tower resources,the system carries out timing extraction and real-time statistical analysis to the tower resources,so as to ensure data comprehensive and accurate,and ensure the system convenient and easy to use.The statistical analysis system includes 3 major topics,it covers the vast majority of data in the field of data statistics,data quality research,data progress research.The depth of data statistical not only covers the country,provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government),but also the district(county),greatly enhance the value of tower data resources.This paper systemically introduces the tower resources management statistical analysis system guided by software engineering method.In addition,this thesis introduces the design and implementation processes for the platform,according to development processes as following:the needs analysis,outline design,detailed design,code implementation and software testing.In the first place,this paper analysis the background of the system, and the development status and development trend of the similar system at home and abroad.Meanwhile the key technologies of statistics analysis system were anaylyzed,including OLAP technology,data visualization technology and so on.And the framework of the system used in the system are described in detail.Furthermore, the process of development for system requisition anaylisis has also been explicated in detail.After the completion of the needs analysis,this paper described the outline design of the system in 3 different aspects,includes the system architecture,function of modular design and database design.In the detailed design part,this paper completed the process design of functions of module,and completed the implementation of the code and the interface for each function.Furthermore,the process of exchange data of the system is described in detail.This project has been on-line operation, provided strong information support for the business development of China Tower resource management system. The resource management efficiency of tower resource management system was improved and achieved a better economic efficiency. The design and implementation method of the system, which is derived from practice, has certain practical significance.
