Irrigated area has an irreplaceable position not only in agricultural irrigation and resident water usage, but also in promoting the economic development to maintain social stability.Using advanced computer technology and communication technology to optimize irrigation water management way is the important content to realize the information and the utilization of water resources.The design of irrigated area supply control system is to achieve a reasonable allocation and transformation of water resources by remote analysis data of the control center and real-time control gate.Based on sensor technology, image acquisition technology and wireless data transmission technology,the irrigation area water supply control system based on integrating information acquisition and gate control is developed, which can achieve the remote monitoring and water resources allocating, has realized the automation management, achieved the purpose of rational allocation of water resources and real-time scheduling.Embedded irrigation control system of water supply is composed by water supply dispatching center and the site gate controller, the water supply dispatching center is responsible for water supply dispatching scheme according to the water supply planning, base on the hydrologic and gate information on site and the analysis and calculation to the scene after the gate controller orders to achieve the remote control task. As the key link of water supply control system,the field gate controller is responsible for tasks such as remote data acquisition, communication and equipment control. In the aspect of hardware, gate controller includes the following parts: solar power supply system module, the main control chip peripheral extended circuit module, communication module, image collection. Master control chip chose Samsung water production S3C2440 A as the main controller, its peripheral circuits have clocking circuit and reset circuit, JTAG debug port, storage module, RS- 232 /RS- 485 interface,the solar energy power supply system and voltage conversion circuit were also designed in order to keep the power supply of gate controller.Theinformation collection of hydrologic data and the opening of the gate is completed by ultrasonic water level sensor and brake potentiometer.In addition, the scene have installed the camera module, which is used to collect water usage image information of the irrigated area, such as opening channel water level, gate opening degree, the visual effect of extended monitoring personnel, to ensure the safety of gate control.Meanwhile the hydrologic data and images information will be reported to water supply dispatching center by GPRS wireless communication module, and the orders made by the dispatch center will be transmitted to the gate controller,the gate controller take control of the gate according to the command. In the aspect of software,the embedded operating system was transplanted as the software platform system and completed the design of the driver. Mainly include the establishment of a complete Linux embedded development environment, the Boot loader transplant, the Linux kernel transplantation and the transplantation of the root file system and the module driver.Finally, by combining fuzzy control and embedded, Finally, the fuzzy control theory is applied to the irrigation district level control and the water level controller is designed. After the MATLAB software simulation, the results show that the system has good stability, the control effect is ideal.
