The Research And Design Of Public Opinion Monitoring System On Information Fusion

With the rapid development of network technology,the network provides people with more and more place can express their feelings,people can express their views and their feelings on the Internet freedom.Due to the growing number of Internet users,the network has gradually become one of the main carrier of public opinion information.Therefore,public opinion on the network monitoring has become extremely important,because people express emotions and feelings of various,the traditional network monitoring system is increasingly unable to meet the practical needs of public opinion monitoring now.Based on the above background,this thesis adopts the analysis of public opinion based on Information Fusion and the analysis of word orientation based on Pareto's law to implement this system,improving the accuracy of the analysis of network public opinion,to better reflect the feelings expressed by Internet users.The main contents are:First of all,the basic technologies such as the web information acquisition technology including web crawler technology and web text pretreatment technology,Chinese Word Segmentation technology including Chinese Segmentation and tagging,information fusion technology are discussed.Second,it also puts forward the public opinion orientation analysis based on information fusion technology,improves the accuracy of the analysis of the public opinion monitoring system,and introduces the research and design of monitoring public opinion.Third,studying on the technology of text orientation analysis and Pareto's law,putting forward the word orientation based on Pareto's law to improve the accuracy of word orientation analysis,and then improving the accuracy of text orientation.Then,it introduces the design and implementation of public opinion system,including the system requirements analysis,database design and architecture design.Finally,according to the experiment data set and display,it can demonstrate that the word orientation based on Pareto's law analysis technology can effectively improve the accuracy of words based on Tendency Analysis and the opinion monitoring system on information fusion can improve more accuracy than the traditional technology.
