Fixed assets management is a key basis for enterprises and institutions to carry out administrative management.The institutionalized, scientific and information technology management of fixed assets of enterprises and institutions plays a vital role in the effective management of institutions and enterprises. With the development of information technology, although the technology has been greatly improved, mobile Internet technology has gone deep into personal life, but for the moment,the the management of fixed assets is still in uneven, most enterprises are still dealing with the assets management manually or semi mannually, the waste and idle problem of assets is serious. And the more complex the organization is, the more serious the problem is.In this case, this paper analyzes the present situation of the foreign and domestic fixed asset management, including the typical problems, current stage of technological development, based on the requirement of one institution, we develope an asset management system uing QR code, which can use smart phone to get the inventory of assets. This sysem will greatly change the traditional mode of data acquisition. The rational allocation of different organizational structure, staffing, roles, permissions will ensure all levels of staff can be convenient for fixed assets(housing assets, office supplies and assets, dossier assets) collection, query, borrow, return, alerts, to realize reasonable resource configuration management.Asset management system in the project uses Java technology, to be more detailed, the project uses SSH framework, while the web client uses B / S architecture model to develop the PC application, and mobile terminal using native technology framework to develop mobile client application. And the database is SQL Server 2005, the program can run on XP/7/Vista windows and other operating systems, with the characteristics of cross platform. The design of the system uses a layered, modular structure to ensure that the system has the characteristics of high cohesion and low coupling. The system is divided into infrastructure layer, data layer, business application layer, presentation layer and user layer. In the function level, the function of the system includes asset management, file management, barcode printing management, import, permission management, system management six modules. Assets management includes the management of real estate and office supplies, including their suppliers, brand, responsibility, photos, sources, each of the fixed assets is connetcted with one QR code, after printing the barcode, the barcode is patsted to the corresponding assets, then an asset manager can use the mobile client application to scan the QR code, you can query to obtain detailed information on the assets. File management realizes the counter, roll box, files, and entrainment management, folders and files, file and cartridge box and counter rolls can be matched with QR code, the user can borrow books and return them, and there will be alerts for the manager and the borrower when the expiring date is coming. System provides import function, the user can import user information, unit information, classified information and asset information, to complete the initial configuration of the system. System provides a powerful query capabilities, query results can be exported to Excel files. The system provides a complete log management function, to ensure that the operation of important users can be recorded, to facilitate the operation of the audit, to keep track of the manager’s operation and the traceability.By using this system, it can guarantee the complete ledger information of assets, facilitate the disaggregated asset management, improve the asset utilization degree, reduce the assets of waste.
