Zhoushan Sea-crossing bridge, is the national highway network Yongzhou Expressway(G9211) of the main part, Zhoushan sea crossing bridge length of about50 km, A total investment of more than 13 billion yuan. Is currently the largest island land liaison project, It is of great significance to promote the development of island economy and the strategy of the country along the way. And the cross sea bridge for the transport of dangerous goods, is still a lack of effective accident prevention and security technology, in the event of an accident, will to bridge the engineering safety,the residents around the life and property safety, and the environment caused great threat and huge property losses. Therefore, to carry out cross Sea Bridge dangerous goods transport monitoring technology research for enhancing cross sea bridge operation security has important significance.This paper takes the Zhoushan sea crossing bridge as the research object, The present situation of the production and transportation of dangerous goods in the surrounding area of the comprehensive bridge, the analysis of the types of dangerous chemicals is carried out. Identified the main target of the monitoring, completed the accident risk analysis. Based on, combined with cross sea bridge, the scene of the actual situation,selection research and equipment development of monitoring sensor, completed the selection and configuration of the communication module, security monitoring and early warning system is established, live sensor data automatic acquisition, remote transmission and real time early warning.
