Abstract/Summary:
With the development of our national economy and the improvement ofproduction technology, dangerous goods are playing a more and more important rolein industry, and its application is increasingly widespread, which lead to the frequencyof hazardous materials transportaion, also result in that dangerous goods vehiclesappear more and more frequently. Because dangerous goods have special risks, it willgive rise to very serious consequences once the dangerous goods vehicles have aaccident, it causes not only property damage but also loss of lifves. So, it isparticularly important to ensure the safety of the dangerous goods transport tasks andmonitor the operation of dangerous goods vehicles.This thesis combines the GPS, Google Maps API and Google Earth APItechnologies, use the .net platform and c# as main development method, designs andrealizes a dangerous goods vehicle monitoring system, including a simplified part anda functional part. Both parts are able to monitor the real-time position of dangerousgoods vehicles and display their history tracks, but they have different structures andfeatures. Respectively, they are built to satisfy ordinary users who just have basicmonitoring needs and deep users who have complex management requirements. Thisthesis reach to not only the monitoring of dangerous goods vehicles, but also theimprovement of user operation experience and efficiency of monitoring throughseparating the user group and leading different users to different part. With thisdangerous goods vehicle monitoring system, we can protect the safety of dangerousgoods transport task better.In this thesis we analyses the needs of the system, both in function and design,then we demonstrate the feasibility and design principle, confirm the overall structureand development platform. We also detailed each functional module, and then designthe database, including data sheets, views, and stored procedures.The simplified part of the dangerous goods vehicles monitoring system is a B/Sstructure webform. It takes Google Maps API as its core, synthesizes AJAX andJavaScript, introduces the electronic map of Google Maps, and realizes the effectivemonitoring of dangerous goods vehicles through operating Google Maps API withJavaScript program. The simplified part take the advantage of B/S structure which don’t need to be installed and can be accessed commodiously, it also use theadvantage of Google Maps electronic map which load quickly. As a result, it enablesordinary users to monitor dangerous goods vehicles more rapidly and efficiently.The functional part is a C/S structure winform, it takes Google Earth API as thecore, embeds Google Earth map into the main window, combines with its specialKML geographic information description language to operate related map elements,and realizes the monitoring of dangerous goods vehicle positions and the displayingof its historical track eventually. The functional part use the advantage of GoogleEarth satellite map which has high resolution and definition to lead users to bettercontrol effect, it also integrate managements and configurations of variousinformations which stand for vehicles, drivers, dangerous goods, dangerous goodssafety standards and so on, in order to meet the needs of deep users.This thesis also introduces fuzzy theory and fuzzy reasoning, accomplishes thetheoretical analysis of dangerous goods vehicle safety index fusion, and then take fueltank vehicle as the representative of dangerous goods vehicles, construct the fuzzyinference system with several vehicle parameters, then complete the correspondingfuzzy reasonings, including the choice of membership functions and the establishmentof fuzzy reasoning rules. In the end, this thesis accomplishes the simulation of fusionresults, and display them in surfaces.After the actual test, the dangerous goods vehicle monitoring system succeed insatisfying the needs of various usesr.It can not only help users to view the real-timepositions and history tracks of dangerous goods vehicles, but also monitor varioussafety parameters effectively. Besides, it provides reference for users to arrangedangerous goods transport task, and has high practical value.
