With the support of national policy, the electric enterprise is booming in our country. Existing electric enterprise are also transforming in a high speed, involved in the Internet + social economic system. The great development of logistics platform, also promote more electric services into the construction of system.Medicine is related to everyone’s health, so drug sales industry has its certain particularity. However the production of drugs only to the use, the price is continuously going up,increasing the burden of people in urgent need of them. B2 B Medical platform can link up drug manufacturers and pharmaceutical sales business through the Internet, the platform management system makes the demand side more convenient and faster to get popular goods, and it also makes drug manufacturers get sales channels faster,examine the qualifications of demand side more convenient,and understand the market damend faster. Take advantage of the policy of promoting Internet+, through the analysis of medicine circulation, to elaborate medical e-commerce, and then to explore and practice. We hope to promote the logistics efficiency of drugs, and to reduce the logistics costs in the drug from production to use. This paper introduces the realization of the function of the B2 B medical platform, this platform uses the JAVA language,runs on Linux system. The design requirements of the overoll basic function,function module realization,and Datebase Design are introduced inthis paper.
