With the development of science technology and acceleration of knowledge update,organizational cadres need to continuously learn, in order to keep pace with the times and walk frontier of society. Training education is an important means of learning for cadres. The Central Organization Department always attaches importance to the training education of cadres, and proposes party committees at all levels to accomplish the education training hours for the cadres. Further, the Central Organization Department requires the organization departments of each unite to check the learning situation annually and strengthen the appraisal management of training hours. A lot of works are produced for training information management and training registration, due to the numerous cadres in every province. However, at previous, artificial management way is complicated and inefficient, which is also easy to lost information. Hence, in this paper, we adopt the organizational cadre training management information system as research topic, and develop a fully functional training information management system which is easy to operate.This paper discusses the design and realization process for training information management system of organizational cadres in detail. Firstly, we introduce the background and significance of training information management system, and propose the necessity of cadre training information management system, then analyze the demand for training system through the analytical method for UML cases.Secondly, we provide the design process and concrete implementing scheme of this system, which contains functional module design and database design, and then discuss implementation steps for several key technologies, which include data validation function achieving through Java Script, import and export function for training information of system,and so forth. Finally, we summarize the content of this work and propose the prospect for this system.This system adopts B/S as the structure, utilizes ASP.NET as the framework to develop the frontpage, and uses the SQL SERVER technology as the backgrounddatabase. User roles in this system are divided into three parts, including super administrator, regional administrator and unit administrator. The operating authorization and management region for these three users are reduced in turn. The main functional modules of the system include basic information management module, training information management module and training registration management module. Further, the basic information management module includes management administrator at all levels, cadre unite management and cadre personnel management modules, which mainly implement the management and maintenance functions of all kinds of basic information in the system. The training information management module includes training information management and training hours inquiry, which mainly realize the input, modification, deletion, inquiry and Excel export functions for the training information system. Moreover, the input of training information includes manual entry and Excel import, making the operation become more convenient. The training registration management module contains training management and training registration, which realize the functions for management and online registration of training.This system has many advantages, such as easy operation, friendly display,impeccable functions and so forth. Moreover, this system can efficiently deal with a series of works in the process of information management and training registration,which makes the training management work become more effective, systematic, and informationalized.
