Long time ago, For orders and other company information management mainly in the pen and paper records, entry Word, Excel’s management. This management approach allows orders and other information is very fragmented, very prone to loss and recording errors, and low efficiency, poor security, far from being able to meet the normal operation and management of many companies. Today, many companies have started using a computer management system for order management, using a computer to manage orders can greatly improve the efficiency of information management and security. Through the network, customers can not only order data clearly show, so that customers can clearly see the specific circumstances of the order, you can also share data on a multi-sectoral, improve management efficiency and level. So, in order to adapt to the company’s development, the need to develop an appropriate set of computer management information systems, to enhance the company’s management to information management level.In this paper, the actual situation of the company, employees and some customers have been a lot of research, a clear need for order management, a clear management system design goals. Conducted business requirements, functional requirements and non-functional requirements, to model the system. Based on B/S architecture, using E-R diagrams and database table structure, were the overall system design and module design. Finally, part of the contents of the study are summarized, pointing out the deficiencies exist in the system, and further work is prospected.
