The way how the enterprises expecicially Medium-and-large-sized ones choose to dovelope has changed from the extensive form to the intensive form and the talents playes more and more important roles in enterpriese. Processing and ultilizing technology the imformation has came to evey corner of the enterprises' operation by the development of the computer network technology,database technology and management methods. Expecially to the the human resource, the most valuable wealth to enterprise, the management informatization which contains management scientization ,electronization networking has been the trend. my thesis suggested a perfect human resource manegement system for Medium-and-large-sized enterprises ,which has functions of performance evaluation, remuneration evaluation ,training manegement and promotion, based on the B/S designing mode , applying ASP.NET,HTML,JAVASCRIPT to encode in the.NET enviroment and using SQL Server technology . The system optimized and rebuild the management process to pursue a more wonderful system with multi-fuctions and precise management data to encourage the employees wolk hard,promote the human resource department service,provide the scientific and prexise data to help leader make a desicion and let the enterprise win in the competition. |
