Research On Associated Relationship Of Data In Scientific Research Information Management System

In the age of increasingly intensified information technology trends, scientific research information management system provides a convenient service for the school daily work. In the process of scientific research management to produce a large amount of data, and artificial statistics and analysis of these information will consume a lot of time and energy. But dealing with these data is also a difficult challenge, and it is the focus of the work to establish, study and analyze the associ-ated relationship of data in the scientific research system of our university. We can improve the scientific research information management system through researching the associated relationship of data, and it can provide decision-making support for school leadership in scientific research, and it can provides a convenient and quick service for school teachers to develop scientific research activities, and it can pro-vides a great convenience for scientific research administrators to carry out scientific research information management.In this paper, according to the data in the database of scientific research in-formation management system, the university science and technology department of the relevant requirements of this system and summarizing and analyzing the prob-lems existing in the scientific research information management system, we estab-lished the scientific research information management system. On the basis of the above, we research on the associated relationship of data in scientific research in-formation management system, and we optimize the design of scientific research information management system and data analysis. The detailed research work is as follows:1. We analyze all the data of our scientific research information management system from July 2015 to January 2012. According to the information of the author cooperative relationship, we constructed the scientific research cooperation network, it reflects the scientific research cooperation of North China University of Technol-ogy.2. In this paper, we set up the data correlation to complete a scientific research data statistical analysis function module, and we achieve the function of the data sta-tistical analysis for all user’s levels. The main function are performance statistics, scientific research projects statistics and scientific research achievement statistics.3. In this paper, we use JasperReport and iReport tools to complete a science and technology information presentation function, which can statistic out the infor-mation of longitudinal projects, projects amount, Academic achievements (published, monographs, and retrieval), patents, scientific research awards and the general situa-tion of the scientific research.
