The Design And Implementation Of Tv Broadcast Control System Of Sichuan Radio And Tv Station

New media which was brought by digital waves has subverted the traditional methods of information dissemination. Television, as the leader of the traditional media,also had to face new media increasingly fierce competition reality. At the same time,the challenge of new media has brought an unprecedented opportunity for the traditional TV industry. If we want to improve the living environment and expand the development space, we must speed up the process of broadcasting and TV station.Sichuan radio and television station plan to build a radio, television, media information,and new media in one integrated platform with the opportunity of building the new radio and Television Center. The television broadcast control system will be updated in the technical planning, plans to build a new full network architecture and relatively independent system. The whole broadcast control system includes many subsystems,such as broadcast, uploading, and so on. As a sub project of the new radio and Television Center, the security and robustness of the system will be considered in the design of the system. The system designed the monitoring function, the backup function and the alarm function; the system can cope with the unexpected situation,and prevent collapse phenomenon in the process of TV broadcasting.In this thesis, we take the Sichuan radio and TV broadcast control system as the research object, and focus on the material transfer, technology and demand of 14channels(12 SD channels, 2 HD channels), for TV broadcast control system design and structure design. Then, we design every subsystem and integrate them together with a safe and reliable structure layout. Finally, the design methods and key points of the system are described in this thesis.This thesis has seven chapters. the first chapter introduces the digital,network television industry is the research background the development trend of the television industry and the topic; the second chapter introduces the related technology control system of radio and television industry; the third chapter is on the Sichuan Radio and TV broadcasting system needs analysis; the fourth chapter is to the TV broadcast control system design,including the detailed design of each subsystem; The fifth chapter is the realization of the TV broadcast control systems; the sixth chapter is theTV broadcast control system performance test data; the seventh chapter summarizes the whole thesis, and the future the work is prospected.
