The Design And Implementation Of A Certain Enterprise Fixed Assets Management System

With the rapid development of Internet, the use of science and technology to promote enterprise development has become a big trend. In business, the use of IT assets purchased, the call scrap business process is imperative. Now with the rapid development of enterprises, but the asset management tools is relatively backward, while the current market asset management information system is not suitable for the present enterprise asset management, although the function of relatively complete, but the software operation is very complex, while input costs higher. To solve these problems, this paper implemented enterprise fixed asset management system can reduce the burden of staff, reduce the cost of asset management, improve the efficiency of the entire enterprise.In this paper, the main achievement of a fixed asset management system, which mainly uses Hibernate framework connect to the database, the background data for the SQL Server 2008. In this paper, the system uses the language Java, while using JSP, J2 EE and JavaScript technology, combined Struss, Spring framework, the use of software development My Eclipse version developed in this paper, the MVC framework finishing three-tier architecture. The system can not only meet the needs of enterprise fixed asset management, but also to reduce development costs and improve operational efficiency.This paper analyzes the current research asset management and asset management research investigated the current situation at home and abroad. After the theoretical basis for the development of this system to investigate further demands on the system and the corresponding business processes carried out a detailed analysis of this, the main achievement of enterprise asset information management system the following three functions: customer information management, fixed asset management and system maintenance and management.
