Research And Analysis Of The Attendance Management System Of A Political And Legal Organ In Lijiang City

In China, appraisal management is one of the most important daily work of governments at all levels. The institutional construction of the management is improving along with China's rapid development of economy. In the government system, the official on duty controls the system, delivers messages. It is necessary that the official provides accurate information to help the leaders make accurate decisions in emergence command. Therefore, accurate and efficient management of assessment data is becoming the foundation for the officials to work efficiently. Furlough is another essential requirement of the officials. To make the officials take their vacation without a hitch, electronizing the furlough information is imperative. In the thesis, assessment system of a Judicial and Public Security Organization in Lijiang will be taken as an example since it shows how to standardize and automate the assessment system. The organization has successfully developed an information system centered in assessment information management. In this way, the organization has electronized the assessment information management and made the official both on and off duty work efficiently and with less faults. Meanwhile, the system is able to do inquiry and statistics so that it can provide technical support for the improvement of assessment management.The thesis briefly introduces the research background and the present situation of similar research and states the content and major tasks of the thesis. The thesis has done research and analysis in three aspects: business analysis, function analysis, data analysis. In the part of business analysis, the author analyzed current issues, organization setup and former management system. The author also provides information of optimized daily assessment, authority control, and procedure of on and off duty, inquiry and statistic, procedure of data management. In the part of function analysis, the author employs cases of application in basic information, daily assessment, and authority control.etc, to make clear the function of the system and provides the package diagram of the overall function and subfunction of the system. In data analysis, the author analyzes the required data in the system and shows the entity class diagram and entity relationship diagram. The author also builds a list structure of the data base. The last part of the thesis is a conclusion of all the research and analysis as well as a looking forward of the future task.
