The Design And Implementation Of Engineering Test Data Management(tdm) System

In recent years, the aerospace and aviation enterprises have paid great attention to product research and development and the manufacture task of research and development becomes heavier, which lead to a great increase in test tasks. After numerous experiments and tests, a great number of test information is obtained. However, the equipments and technologies of our test data management are rather backward, the old management methods can’t adapt to the requirement on efficiency and lean management in the new trend. For research units, the test data is difficult to be applied and its management is rather poor, so the integrity of test data are destroyed which leads to certain information hiding. What’s more, the hidden information in test data can’t be developed or applied efficiently. The test data management problems have serious impact on the efficiency of scientific research and development and cause bad influence on the scientific advance and hi-tech industry.This paper studies the construction and implementation of test data management system of certain aerospace enterprises, analyzes the necessity of system application and the development and application at home and abroad, concludes the advantages and disadvantages of current data management. Then analyze the key problem and direction of test data management system of aerospace enterprises according to the flow requirement and detailed demands on test data management.This paper also has demand analysis on the test data management system of aerospace enterprises in details, summarily describes the general function demands of the solution, analyzes the major work flow and shows the work demand analysis of users at present. And further introduce each module of system in details.According to practical requirements, the system construction principle and working principle have completed the system function modules design and data base entity relationship design, and all the modules of system are designed and developed in B/S structure.Finally this paper carries out an all-round test on the test data management system and illustrates the deployment and organization before system implementation, describes the work flow and organization of project and illustrates the work division in organization.
