Research And Development Of Test Data Management System(TDM)

Along with the fact that scientific tests become more complex and diverse, the management of personnel, equipment, test resources, test data and test document is becoming increasingly difficult, engineers urgently need a test data management systems to help them manage the increasing data. Therefore The purpose of this project is to develops a comprehensive test data management platform which helps engineers efficiently and easily collect, organize, storage and distribute test data, extract the hidden law of the test data.Firstly, this paper analyzes the demand for test data management system and then study the different needs of each stage and complete the database entity-relationship model of the test data management system. Secondly, considering the the mass property of the test data, this paper presents several methods whose purpose is to improve the the processing efficiency of the test data.These methods consist of memory-mapped files, temporary storage of intermediate results data, data compression, optimized algorithms and the third-party tool integration. Moreover, considering the test data analysis processing is an important part of the test data management system, the paper discusses several methods of data feature extraction which consist of statistical analysis of the time domain, frequency domain characteristic value analysis, principal component analysis(PCA), kernel principal component analysis(KPCA) and support vector machine(SVM). Finally, the paper complete test data management software system design. The test data management system consists of six main functional modules, which are loading module,function selection module,test management module,resource management modules,templates download module, knowledge management module, Matlab tool integration and security management module.The project eventually develops a comprehensive test data management platform which covers test preparation, test implementation and test evaluation and summary and it assists engineers to import, query and analyze the test data.
