Development Of Test Data Management System Based On Open Data Service

As the liquid rocket engine development and delivery requirements increase,a sharp increase in the test tasks,testing safety and quality have become increasingly demanding and meticulous management,engine development test system size requirements,data acquisition and analysis capabilities substantial increase sharply.Test data increased data storage problem has become a huge challenge had to face.On the other hand,after test data utilization is too low,a large amount of test data did not conduct a comprehensive analysis.This paper presents a data service based on open trial data management system,on the one hand to solve the storage problem of test data,and use the other hand to a full analysis of the test data after commissioning.Firstly,the theoretical basis of test data management system for in-depth study,based on the characteristics of the system of open service bus,and test data management basic theory explored.Then the key technologies of experimental data management system,there is no uniform standard for the data model of the database,the data presented were made ODS application model based on effective solution of the data model is not uniform issue.For database relational database must define a separate set of physical storage format to complete the standardization of data storage,the paper by means of ODS developed an internal storage specification relational databases,including:what to watch,what information you want to store,which is the primary key and the like.And as long as the data model and the interface will be able to access data,regardless of physical storage format specification,effective solution to the physical storage format must be unified problem.Finally,liquid rocket engine test data processing problems,we developed based on liquid rocket engine test data management system of open service.Integrated management system includes a test assignments and progress monitoring,test process management,automated off-site data collection,centralized storage based on dynamic database-related development and implementation of data presentation and processing,and system management.In this paper,the theoretical basis of research done on key technology of many,especially for the study of the Open Data Services to do an in-depth study,which is the design and realization of test data management system has laid a solid foundation.The successful development of the system to meet current heavy liquid rocket engine test tasks,and I fast development needs to adapt to future requirements and trends in the development of space technology,to accelerate the pace of China's military enterprises test data management information has important practical significance.
