At present, the domestic mold enterprise of "information island" phenomenon greatly restricted the development process of the enterprise. In order to solve this problem, this topic for mould enterprises, the production process and production management of enterprises is analyzed, aiming at the shortcomings of the enterprise informatization level, demand analysis, to build an information management system. Internet technology and combining with the current network, according to the requirements of mould enterprises, puts forward a solution.This paper adopted the route of open source technology implements a custom mold enterprise information management system. Main work is to analyze the typical characteristics of mold enterprise production and management, and based on the characteristics of mold industry unique needs of mold design for mould enterprise management information system architecture, analyzes its basic business processes, then implement some modules of program development. Technical route of the system, build the mold enterprise management information system based on Web of overall structure, and the module of the system structure and function are given, thus completed the requirement analysis of software engineering, on this basis, the system involved is described in detail mould enterprise information flow, this paper introduces the system development, the key problems and completed sales management module in the system, production management module, inventory management module, knowledge management module, system management module development tasks. In order to realize the system module function, using the Java language to develop the system components, using tomcat as a background of the web server, and use Mysql to store data. The open source technology greatly reduce the cost of the system. These features make the business enterprise inside can be effective information sharing. From the test results, the design of the system demand basically satisfied, the pressure of the system performance index is also meet the demand of the actual use, features provided by the system basically covers the needs of users.The integration of the system can support to customers and suppliers and supply chain management. System integration business activities of enterprises, so customer supplier and implement enterprise internal management, to strengthen enterprise collaboration with suppliers, reduce procurement costs, increase business opportunities for the enterprise, to provide more effective support and service for the customer. Thus offers mold enterprise e-commerce solutions. System to enterprises engaged in mold designers, production staff, participate in project work order alliance enterprise staff, customers and suppliers to provide effective information transfer function, because the Web technology, can make physical separation of staff, able to work together in the logical, implement different works. System implementation for the enterprise production and operation combined with business, to realize the project management for the enterprise dynamic alliance organization and provide work platform, and provide the computer integrated system under the environment of concurrent engineering cooperative work environment.
