Research Of Architecture Of Web-Based Information Management System

With the quick development of the network technology and the far-ranging application of JAVA, the distributed architecture which bases on Web has been developed ceaselessly. At the same time, there exist many kinds of computer application systems within company because of the continuous development of the computer and network technology, as well as the gradual introduce of the process of the enterprise informationization. During the process of the design of the multi-tier web structure system, we still have some problem about 1) How to organize the application to achieve the simple but effective writing, upgrading, maintaining and enlarging of the web application system. 2) How to achieve the seamless integration among different kinds of application systems within the company, as well as to decrease the heterogeneity and the complicacy of the sharing between systems, which caused by the heterogeneity. In this thesis, I will utilize my internship in the support department of Shanghai Mobile and the three tasks that the Shanghai Mobile has been processing about the intern systems to do my research. The three tasks are: 1) Webize 2) Business Logic Convergence 3) Integrating Enterprise Application.First of all, I will discuss the Webize. The application of the open source software in the web application system has been analyzed through the research of the distributed architecture which bases on Web and the characteristics of each part and its working principles. Emphasis is put on the research and usage of the Struts framework in order to realize the web-tier development. MVC pattern provides a beneficial way for the effective isolation and encapsulation of the interface demonstration, controlling flow and business logic. On the basis of this, there appear many kinds of web application framework based on MVC pattern, and the open source Struts framework is one of it which is widely used. This Struts framework can improve the software development productivity, lower the cost and improve the quality.Secondly, though now the distributed object technologies have made a great effect on the solving the problem of company's distributed application, they also have some great drawback, that is: they are not suitable to do the design and development of the system under the couple-loosing environment of Internet, at the same time, they do not have the complete solution for the long-distance communication between different applications within the heterogeneous network environments. With the continuous development of the company's application, how to achieve the system integration with what companies already have, and even to achieve the application of B2B have become the biggest requirement for establishing the distributed application system.
