As a forerunner of modern wireless communications, Microwave Communication plays a important role in communication filed, and it’s one of the three most important modern Communication forms。 Microwave Communication has many advantages such as large communication capacity, fast construction speed, stable quality, reliable, easy maintenance, low cost, easy to over complex topography。The Digital Microwave Communication system outdoor unit is the most important component part ot the system, its performance will directly affect the Communication quality of Microwave link。 In this thesis, the 11GHz Microwave Communication system Outdoor Unit Microwave module is designed according to the project specifications, the module has the characters of simple structure, excellent performance, cheap cost and easy to assembly。The test results indicate that the module transmitter output power of the module is 22dBm in the frequency rang from 10695MHz to 11175MHz, the gain rang is upto 25dB.The three-order intermodulation is 40dBc and the Spurious suppression is 65dBCo The receiver works from 10695MHz to 11175MHz with gain up to 20dB. The output frequency is 2236MHz and Noise Figure is better than 3.5dB。At the end of the article, some suggestions are put forward to improve the circuit。 And all of these can provide important experience for the development of follow-up circuit。...
