The sorting strategy study includes four important elements. Firstly, we need to establish order input mode of this equipment, which determines the way information management system dock with client terminal.Secondly, according to the equipment characteristics determine the largest single species sorting quantity, so orders can be cutted to small-batch which can be sorted by the equipment and large quantities which can be picked by pallet or box.Thirdly, make rules about sorting sequence of channel goods. Fourth, generate sorting instructions whicn can control the equipment to operate. Finally, arrange the storage location according to the shipments and shipment frequency. Finally, according to the different shipment and frequence, arrange proper channel storage strategies.The boxing strategy study includes five important elements. Firstly, conduct survey on the universal turnover boxes’ size of logistics industry, and then select the appropriate type of turnover boxes, so we can determine the full tank volume as the boxing standard volume. Secondly, research the function and formula to process orders and calculate total volume. Thirdly, design different boxing strategies for different clients or different orders, depending on the sorting conditions. Fourth, combined with the the boxing strategy to divide user partition, so goods mixing or turnover box overfolw can be prevented.Finally, posted barcode which is associated with customer information on turnover box.Information management system will be developed after the design of the completion of the sorting strategy and boxing strategy. First, determine the functional modules according to the demand of the sorting and boxing strategy. Thirdly, select the system architecture based on network environment. Secondly, design interface and database according to customer demand and data management. Then, choose the appropriate language to program the software. Ultimately, the information management system will achieve following functions as order processing, automatically sorting and boxing, customer management, goods replenishment, real-time monitoring and so on.
