Along with the development of urbanization, the urban population and the number of cars increased dramatically, urban traffic congestion is worsening, simply rely on the government to build roads and expand the road network has been unable to solve the traffic problems have become increasingly prominent. Therefore, the government began to increase efforts to carry out the construction of urban intelligent transportation systems. Intelligent transportation System(Intelligent Traffic System, hereinafter referred to as ITS) can not only improve the efficiency of transportation, ease Traffic congestion and improve road network capacity, and to reduce the number of Traffic accidents, reduce energy consumption, reduce environmental pollution and so on also has a lot of help.To this end, this paper through the understanding and analysis of the traffic, and the traffic information service software market research, the design of the software, the feasibility analysis, design of the Android client, WEB server and MySQL database composed of public travel information service system. This paper mainly analyzes and designs the system of client, server and database in three aspects.(1) The Andorid client uses network transmission technology, electronic map technology to achieve real-time traffic, traffic index, pay attention to the road, parking spaces, as well as the functions of the recorder. In the form of text, pictures and broadcast to the user to show the latest real-time traffic information, to meet the diverse needs of traffic information.(2) Server system is divided into push server and WEB server, This article focuses on WEB servers were studied, designed and implemented a framework for J2 EE lightweight framework of WEB server-based structures, including parking provided query, concern roads and other functions as Android client interface; Using MD5 hashing algorithm to encrypt user names, passwords and other network data encryption to improve security between WEB server and Android client network data transmission.(3) System using MySQL as the underlying database system, and from the traffic open cloud platform to collect real-time traffic data into the database as a data source.
