There is always an embarrassment for the Enterprises that they didn't get the equal return to their large quantities of investment in IT architecture.In such circumstance,it is fair to say that IT service and culture management are of great importance as well as the information technologies.CEOs from global have an agreement that to gain the specific revenue in the atmosphere of severe competition,enterprises should combine their IT with their business process.CIOs agree with without any hesitation that IT department must be more flexible according to the business demands.It'd take the IT strategy and business process into consideration so as to take best advantages of IT resource currently they have.To fulfill such achievement,it is better to utilize the idea of Service oriented Architecture(SOA) to build an IT service management(ITSM) integrated system.This paper proposes a model of ITSM based-on SOA by investigating into the theories of SOA and ITSM.It provides IT services to enterprises dynamically accord with business demand without changing the former system as per SOA,ITIL standards and Web service program languages.Meanwhile,it can also reduce cost of information system architecture and maintenance.This paper firstly introduces the theories of SOA and ITSM,proposes the feasibility and inevitability of the combination of SOA and ITSM with analysis of current development in software.Secondly,by investigating further into the field,it proposes a model of integration ITSM application based-on SOA and a system designation plan as referral.Besides,it specially focuses on the service desk designation and realization which is with the creative knowledge database architecture.Finally,the paper provides a brief summary on the model and some expectations.SOA is a model of components,which connects different functional units of application programs with protocols by well-defined interfaces.It is independent of hardware,operation systems or program languages and guarantees unified connections. ITSM is kind of method focusing on business process and the customers' satisfaction which improves the capability of IT service support and IT service delivery by integrating business and IT service,while IT Infrastructure Library(ITIL) attributes the best practices in the field of IT service and provides a unified framework of all IT activities to IT department.
