The use of network technology speedily improved the communication of experiencing. The use of network technology makes people’s life more convenient. However, the 3G or 4G network uses the way of sharing of flow and users to enhance the customers’ perception of mobile communication.This paper based on the CDMA2000 network of China Telecom, and the WIFI network based on 802.11 technology, through the analysis of customer needs, network technology integration, and the introduction of intelligent network management platform, the combination of the two technologies, in order to achieve the purpose of two network traffic balance, load sharing, the user in the absence of the perception of seamless handover.This paper studies the realization of network technology integration, and through the analysis of user needs, and the corresponding network optimization, to achieve a targeted, high efficiency of customer perception, and to achieve the network traffic equilibrium of the network, and through the research and development of network management system, the corresponding network technology indicators are reflected in the platform, to the network can be controlled, can be controlled.This thesis mainly made China Net 3G network "Tianyi" and WIFI network "China Net" as experimental research object.
