Student community is an important carrier of the campus culture, and community culture is an important part of the school’s spiritual civilization construction. With the increase of the number and the number of people participating in the community, how to make the community management more orderly, efficient and normal, it becomes the top priority of the school community management.Today’s society has entered the information society, information resources sharing, information management is the development trend of all walks of life, but also beyond the requirements of the management mode. So it can save the manpower, also improve the work efficiency. The development of student community management system is based on the needs of school administrators, but also the voice of the majority of students.The development of College Students’ community management system of Bayin Guoleng Vocational and Technical College mainly includes the design of JSP pages, servlet and database tables. The system uses the JSP+Servlet+Mysql tool structure, because the school community data is not very large, so the use of a simple Mysql database. Java as the programming language, the development of a student community management system based on Servlet. New developments of the system can be fast and efficient management of community work, between community and community members provide a good information communication platform and allow community members to show their own style, timely understanding of the community, to create a modern learning and living environment.Firstly, this paper describes the background, purpose and significance of the project development, introduces the related technology, and then describes the system’s requirements analysis and database design with UML language. The system can complete all kinds of information browsing, query, add, modify, delete and other functions, focusing on the system’s main functions, including basic application management, community affairs management, corporate financial management, password management and other modules of the design and implementation of a detailed description. In the end, the test situation of the system is introduced, and the test results of the main test cases and core function modules are described.
