The Design And Implementation Of Fund Practitioners Management System For Henan ICBC

Today, the international social and economic develop rapidly, and the scale of the industrial and commercial bank of China is more and more due to the large increase in banking business. Therefore, the requirement for management of personnel in Henan branch is stricter. The standing of customers of the ICBC Henan branch for the fund is deepening, and in comparison with the present situation that the interest rate for common storage is low, people intend to buy higher-yielding, relatively low risk funds as a form of investment. In the process of fund personnel management many businesses are expanding and progressing, and the scope is also broader. So the management for fund personnel is getting more important during the daily management for personnel of ICBC.In the process of development of this system, we used popular software development technology Struts2 to ensure the efficiency and reliability of the management of fund personnel in ICBC Henan branch. And we adopted MVC model and B/S architecture, and the administrators and fund personnel need to use broswer to login this system to finish the management work. The background used JSP to develop the webpage, and leavage the good extensibility and protability of J2EE to improve and perfect this system. The system used SQLServer 2008 dadtabase to manage and maintain the fund business information and personnel information, and through the security of this databse we can ensure that the business could run normally and smoothly.The system fully implements the personnel management and message management functions, and divides the roles and limits the operation range and peromission for each user, which ensures the normal and smooth operation of this system’s management business. The administrators can register the business and personnel information according to business requirement, and can maintain the relative institution information and make real-time maintanence for the security of information. And this system can manintain the customer base information, export customers when necessary and increase massage, query SMS tasks.After the implementation of this system, it not only promoted the communication and exchanges between each department of ICBC Henan branch and improves the speed of the sharing information resources, which solved the massage customer management problems. The way that export the personnel registration information and query qualification results to local computer by exporting Excel function brings new initiatives for fund personnel management work.
