Research And Implementation Of Project Approval Management System Based On JBPM4

With economic development, market competition, the use of information technology, automation management system instead of the traditional business processes has become the consensus of all enterprises. Using an automated management system can simplify and standardized the business process.in order to meet the business needs of automatically approval process, project management system has attendant. Using this system can reduce the time and resources cost of coordination between all levels of the traditional mode, standardize the business staff and make the company system easier to implement. It assigns tasks to different departments and roles, effectively utilize a variety of resources and has advanced automation.Project Approval Management System based on JBPM4 this paper designed can fully meet CCRB’s requirements. This system uses a series of sophisticated development frameworks such as JBPM, Hibernate and Spring. It based on MVC design pattern and B/S architecture. Access control, approval flow and project process management are the main module of this system. Access control module guarantees the system security, data security, so that the system can only be accessed by authorized users. Approval flow module is used in all the steps of business projects. Project process management module abstract the process of project implementation and simplify the creation.This paper describes the development history of the workflow management system, and as an example of the need for enterprises to adopt the system firstly, then organize CCRB’s requirements. The program of this system is designed by interface-oriented methods. At last, we use automated testing software such as QTP and LoadRunner to prove the system is suitable for use online.
