With the continued development of network technology and software design technology, the information management system based on web has been gradually applied in the regular universities. It is worth mentioning that the interface between the system and the external application is designed by the architecture of SOA, which realizes the integration of multi-application oriented the regular universities by low coupling and high cohesion. Memcache is a high-performance distributed memory-object caching system which is used to resist the high concurrency and high load of server and improve the response capability. The successful application of the system can completely reduce the workload of the educational administrators, promote the communication between teachers and students, and enhance the teaching management level of whole university. Therefore, this topic has wide research significance and certain application value.
