With the implementation of enrollment expansion in Colleges and universities.The college is also following the national policy,and the number of enrolment is increasing every year.Thousands of people from the previous school scale development to today's more than 14000 people,our hospital has fifteen grade two branch,each year the number of graduates is higher than in past years.The regular pattern of graduation design management has not been able to meet the needs of the present.The graduation design materials are mostly paper release,now most of the materials are electric.Although most educational administration institutions of universities use the existing conditions to make initial processing and simple finishing of graduation data,obviously,it is outdated to use simple manual methods to process graduation design data.Some problems in the current graduation design management mode have seriously hampered the development of Shang Rao Normal University towards the top universities at home and abroad.This system is a management system that is specially developed by the educational administration department for the college.As the educational administration department of the college,it is responsible for the task of connecting the branches of the various branches of the branch.The users of the graduation design management system are mainly divided into three types of users,the system administrator,the teacher and the student.Different user permissions are different,but they can declare projects,select topics and audit subjects,modify projects and other operations through the network.The system is divided into the following modules: user management module,notice management module,teachers and students' mutual defense and stage performance management module,document management module.Coordination of different modules to realize the management of graduation design.Each stage of the system is built with UML.The system is based on the B/S structure,using the Java language and the MYSQL database to implement the system.After the system is completed,the function,security and performance of the system are tested respectively.Through this system,university staff can supervise every process of graduation design,and make educational administration departments allocate resources reasonably,so as to improve the management ability of universities..
