In order to support the full implementation of the online reporting system, Chaoyang District City, Beijing City, city, Beijing City Environmental Protection Bureau on the basis of the existing report on the transfer of hazardous waste management system, the construction of Chaoyang District Beijing Environmental Protection Bureau of dangerous waste dynamic monitoring system.In this paper, the background and significance of the system is analyzed, and the advantages and disadvantages of the two systems are analyzed. The B/S architecture is used to design and develop the C/S JAVA. The Server Oracle 11i and Server2008 SSH are introduced. The core technology JAVA is introduced, which focuses on the development of SQL. Based on the present situation of Chaoyang District Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau hazardous waste management in Beijing City, the use case diagram, sequence diagram, collaboration diagram and deployment diagram of UML are used to analyze the system.Based on the technology, the database of the system is designed, and the design of each module of the system is designed. Finally, the implementation process and results of several important functional modules are described.The dynamic supervision and management of hazardous wastes is established to supervise the production, application, examination and approval, transportation, disposal and destruction of the whole life cycle.
