Tai’an City, the reform and open policy has brought economic development and social progress, with the increase of rapid population growth and solid waste, solid waste pollution has become one of the ten major sources of pollution affecting the environment. Strengthening the supervision and control of the collection and disposal of solid waste in Tai’an city of Tai’an City, to strengthen environmental protection, the important measures for the control of solid waste pollution impact on the environment. In this situation, the development and research of solid waste management information system to strengthen the Tai’an City, to strengthen the reform of solid waste management measures and management methods, to deepen the reform of solid waste management work flow, the establishment and improvement of solid waste management information system.The design of the system network platform construction and waste of work based on BPR, implementation of electronic waste, medical waste digital, network, information science, management, the establishment of Tai’an City, county (District) level two waste business process information management, provide data information and decision support for environmental decision making in Tai’an City, promote environmental construction in Tai’an city.The system first information from the mass data, using data mining method, establish the basic information database support waste management decisions, including solid waste characterization information base, solid waste generation, management and process information database, GIS database and other solid waste of space.Tai’an municipal solid waste management information system realizes the data sharing platform and information exchange model, the data between the national, provincial, municipal, county business system sharing and information conversion, formed a management system and database linkage mechanism. Establish a standardized data submission, data reception, data archiving, data sharing center management system, solid waste in the city built standardized data receiving, transfer and release system.Tai’an solid waste management information system, including the operating license management module, management module, transfer related query module, statistics module, business management module, system management module, you can achieve different user roles configuration and operating functions.
