Along with the industry of modem world unceasing progress and increasing population, they produce a large of hazardous waste. The article design the instrument and automatic system of the hazardous waste dispose, and it analyses and frames the control strategy about linchpin of system.The characteristic of hazardous waste dispose medium is danger and component intricate, so the hazardous waste dispose is to be monitored and controled on the whole processes. The processes of hazardous waste dispose is constitute by several craft sub-systems in the meantime, usually including:hazardous waste storage and conveying system, rotary kiln system, secondary chamber system, waste-heat boiler system, quench tower system, flue gas treatment system, etc. These sub-system are independence as well as related to achieve the technologic demand.Acording to the characteristic and technologic demand of hazardous waste dispose, this paper introduced the main instrument design and control system design. The control system design including hardware configure, frame design, network design, etc. This article describes the control system design which the PLC control system of various manufacturer are connected by Profibus to form the DCS(Distribute Control System) of hazardous waste disposal. The control system is made up of those device which are connected to the computer include the PLC,tradition equipment,intelligent instrument,intelligent implement machine,bus system,operator station and engineer station etc. It has multi-classes architecture and each class has itself tasks. The system's independence part are connected by Profibus, therefore, we can use the remote I/O station as same as the local. The advance diagnosis technology ensures the debugging process and save the checking time. The function block for special device in the step7 reduces the workload in programming. All of above embody the advantage of the message and control integration.The control strategy is the key link of hazardous waste disposal. The control strategy is not only having relation to working order of hazardous waste disposal but also having relation to effect of hazardous waste disposal. The right control strategy to automatic control system can ensure safety of hazardous waste disposal, and improve disposal efficiency to gain profit and to reduce pollution. This article analyses the key link of the hazardous waste disposal process, then propose the relevant control strategy. The control system core of hazardous waste dispose is hazardous waste combustion, as well as control all kinds of fuel and air flow to adjust combustion process to ensure that the temperature set-point of rotary kiln and secondary chamber are steady to insure the combustion process accord with technologic demand. The usual temperature control system is make use of traditional PID control to control actual measured value with prepare set value to establish deviation value to regulate the fuel and air flow of hazardous waste dispose to ensure that the temperature set-point of rotary kiln and secondary chamber are steady. But the calorific value and moisture content of hazardous waste are variational, the effect of PID control is unsatisfactory. It's indispensable and important to desin the the control strategy of hazardous waste combustion. The paper desin the combustion fuzzed control which to adopt the fuzzyed controller, and set parameter revise module to ensure validity of the adaptive gene. This control strategy ensure the hazardous waste combustion control.The waste-heat boiler of hazardous waste dispose is the important technologic equipment. The waste-heat boiler water level is in the stated range is the necessary condition to ensure waste-heat boiler safety and technologic index, so the waste-heat boiler water level control is the important control loop of hazardous waste dispose.The paper design the cascade control method to control water level, and adopt interlock control to protect water level. This control strategy ensure the waste-heat boiler normal water level.The important environmental requirement is to restrain the dioxin formation in the hazardous waste dispose.The quench tower temperature control is significative base on the objective.This article adopt the feedback control strategy to ensure the quench tower temperature control by analysis and study to the technologic characteristic.The paper is to describe a electric machine integration system, this system indicate the control system's developing direction to hazardous waste dispose.
