Established in 2002, Beijing Haohua Energy Co. Ltd is a corporate enterprise funded jointly by Beijing Jingmei Group Co. Ltd., China National Coal Group Corp., Shougang Group, Minmetals Development Co.Ltd. and China Coal Research Institute. Haohua is mainly engaged in coal mine exploitation, washing, processing, export and marketing of coal, etc. With sound and sophisticated purchase-sales-inventory management system, Haohua currently has three operating mines, two branches and six holding companies, among which Da'anshan Coal Mine is a subordinate mine lot. With the progress of the times, Haohua needs to achieve favorable management efficiency through high technology and informatization to eventually provide technical support for the enterprise management.According to the business processes and requirements of coal mine enterprises as well as the market changes of the mining industry,the purchase-sales-inventory management system aims to optimize the industrial structure, integrate scientific management in actual business, provide information support for enterprise operation and management, and eventually achieve rapid increase of profits. The system adopts architectural design and J2EE framework for hierarchical management, and uses XML technology to standardize the data interactive interface. Eclipse is used as a tool for the development of foreground application program interface, and Oracle for the background database. Major functions achieved include formulating unified data standards, attribute templates and information management processes, integrating business processes of all the links of the supply chain, combining purchasing business and financial settlement, and interconnecting data interfaces, delivering messages. Accordingly, a sound operational system of purchase-sales-inventory management is constructed. The System Implementation part elaborates on the software and hardware environment of the system, its overall functions, and difficult technical points. The test procedures will find out whether the system meets the design criteria. Finally, the advantages and defects of the system will be analyzed and summarized.
