| With school students increased year by year, trainees and graduates have increased yearly. This caused more and more management work of the employment administration department. Traditional methods of form processing and document management can not satisfy the complex internship and employment administration needs. How to deal with the current difficulties and develop an information system to improve the efficiency of management has become an urgent subject for school and the employment administration department.Based on current internship framework and characteristics of secondary department management system, internship and employment administration system which is open to businesses and students was developed on B/S mode in this paper. Employment administration department, department offices, class teachers, enterprise HR departments as well as students can all get information through this platform. At the same time, this system greatly enhanced the efficiency of management, especially in statistics, query, filter, etc, which provides supporting data for the decision in other related work.The research background and situation at home and abroad were first introduced in this paper. The theoretical basis and key technology of this system were also illustrated. Then the demands of this system were analyzed and detailed design was carried on afterwards. Meanwhile, the function of each module was tested. Finally, the implementation of the whole system was summarized. Based on the development framework of the B/S structure and the Visual Studio.NET technology, the integrity, safety and specification of the data were ensured by using the SQL Server 2008 database tools as the background. The function modules includes enterprise information management module, student information management module, class management module, the employment management module, statistics report, user management and related basic data. The implementation of this system not only improves the efficiency of the employment administration department, but helps to grasp the internship status of each department and each class. In addition, it aids helps to know trainees’internship situation in the enterprises, and strengthen the management work of the trainees. At the same time, the system has certain extensibility, which can achieve more functions. |
