Design Of Educational Administration Management System Based On C/S And B/S Mixed Mode

With rapid development of higher education and expansion of colleges anduniversities in recent years, the workload of teaching affair management departments isincreasing heavily. In order to promote the management level and improve themanagement methods, colleges and universities are developing their own teaching affairmanagement systems so as to realize information management. In this thesis, based onrelevant knowledge and system development experience accumulated, the author putsforward the design idea based on C/S and B/S and apply it to build educationaladministration management system, and then analyzes and develops the system by usingof object-oriented design method.First, the background, significance and the contents of the research are stated. Second,the main techniques and methods are demonstrated. The functional requirement,performance requirement, data requirement and data flow and so on are analyzed in thethesis; oracle data-base is used to store system data, database implicit naming concept isalso applied, and stored procedure technology is used to realize the optimization andreutilization of the program. C#language is used to develop the system and programmingspecifications are defined in the design and implementation of the system. Role-basedaccess control mechanism is used to ensure the security of the system. In the educationaladministration management system, roles can be divided as educational administrationmanagement staff, system administrators, teachers and students. Management modules canbe divided according to different functions as curriculum, selective courses, andarrangements of exams and teaching evaluation, so as to obviously reduce the workload ofeducational administration management department. Finally, security test to the system aremade and detailed testing results are obtained, which offer the valuable documents forfurther maintenance and improvement.The development and design of the system is in conformity with the trend of networksociety. The system is convenient to be used, and it is practical and strong security, whichis significant in improving management level and advancing information management ofcolleges and universities.
